I got a special delivery today that reminded me of Saturday mornings with Bob Ross.
He painted "Happy Trees" in all shades of Autumn Glory but my favorite was Yellow Ochre:
As was the case with every episode, I was content just watching along until he said those magic words. There was something about the vibrance of "Yellow Ochre" that made me want to break out my newsprint and oil pastels.
Today's special delivery wasn't paint. It was 20 sheets of inspiration that fueled my inner Bob Ross to bust out my pencils (Yellow Ochre included) and nail down those illustrations for the sequel to The Christmas Cookie.
